allisemptiness is a job listing and matching platform that connects users with remote, hybrid, or part-time opportunities offered by third-party employers and job providers. We are not your employer, co-employer, or joint-employer. Any employment, contractor, or other relationship is between you and the third-party employer or job provider. We do not manage the performance of work tasks and do not handle or process payments between you and third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings, the behavior or decisions of employers or job providers, the safety, legality, or quality of work offered, payments, work conditions, or contractual terms between you and third parties. The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or messaging tools (such as WhatsApp). These are provided for convenience only and we do not endorse or control third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
We do not guarantee that any user will obtain a job, contract, or assignment through the Services. Any descriptions of income (such as daily, weekly, or monthly earnings ranges) are illustrative only and may reflect the results of a subset of users under specific circumstances. Actual outcomes vary widely and are not guaranteed.
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to allisemptiness and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for the resolution of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by posting a prominent notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
